MOD established a 6 month, Category C programme to rationalise counter-IED equipment, following the draw-down of troops from Iraq and Afghanistan.
We provided the Niteworks Project Lead who used a commercial, SUDA (Sense, Understand, Define, Agree) approach. The resulting project report included recommendations that created streamlined EOD storage, repair and maintenance and resulted in significant cost savings.
